HOW IS IT SHIPPED?
All herb is double vacuum sealed TO ensure a totally smell-proof package. Our shippers have been shipping for years and know how to create a package blend in with all the others. For non-cannabis/marijuana States and Countries, we use non-cannabis labeling to ensure client privacy. We take your security seriously

AM I GOING TO GET IN TROUBLE FOR MAKING AN ORDER?
We have been operating for a few years now and we have never once had a client get arrested or have any police problems. We ensure safe and timely delivery of orders and have also put into place many other security measures to ensure the security of our customers.

WHAT COUNTRY DO YOU SHIP FROM? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship our cannabis products globally! All orders are shipped from within the United States. We also do a 2 days express mailing to Canada and 3 days to Europe/Australia.

I AM NEW TO CANNABIS, HOW DO I SELECT THE RIGHT PRODUCT TO START?

HOW IS MY MEDICINE DELIVERED TO ME?
We take great care to ensure a successful delivery. Boxes are amply sized and your medication is well-protected. All orders are discreetly packaged and shipped by our trusted delivery partners. Delivery is done via FedEx or Ups either by day or overnight with TRACKING NUMBER available.

WILL YOU ACCEPT PERSONAL CHEQUES OR CREDIT CARDS?
NO. We only take wire transfer payments via WESTERN UNION OR MONEYGRAM and BITCOINS at the moment. OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE COURSE OF THE YEAR.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
If your package does not arrive within 4 days of payment, write to us and we’ll check the tracking records to see if it was delivered. If the package was not delivered due to our error we will resend or give you a refund. If it just gets “lost in the mail” then we will reship. If the package was delivered, we will give you the delivery confirmation code so you can see for yourself it was delivered, but no refund. It could be it was intercepted by a family member or roommate and we have no control over that. Also if it was not delivered due to a customer giving a faulty address there will be no refund.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
We ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Saturday from 11am-4pm (Eastern Time). We also do overnight deliveries. Orders placed on our website will ship out thesame or next business day. Once your order is shipped you will be sent tracking information, so you can follow your package from the time it’s dropped off until the time it’s delivered to you.

IS MY DELIVERY INFORMATION SAFE?
Yes it is. Our ordering page encrypts your entire order with javascript based client side encoding technology. This implies that a third party is not able to see your name, address or any messages apart from us. We don’t keep any records of names or mailing addresses. After 3 weeks they will be digitally “shredded”.

HOW TO OBTAIN & USE CANNABIS OIL
People who use cannabis oil as a means of treatment ingest it with an oral syringe or by adding it to a liquid that masks its potency.
